PREMIUM SMALL BATCH ROASTS

We are a two man operation... Bryan and Lindsey Webber. We met in high school in 2005, began dating after we graduated in 2007, and got married after a three week engagement in 2009 because Bryan joined the Coast Guard and was going to bootcamp. We moved from Memphis, TN to Coos Bay, OR. After that we spent some time in Petaluma, CA then got stationed in Charleston, SC. There is where we had our daughter, Morgan, March 31, 2013. We were stationed back in Memphis in 2014, which is when Lindsey began nursing school. After graduating, she worked in trauma ICU in Memphis then went on to work in Organ Donation, which she still does to this day. We had our son, Murphy, 01/21/2018. Bryan got out of the Coast Guard in 2020 and went to school to become a Physical Education teacher.

Years ago, Bryan switched to drinking coffee black in a push toward healthier habits. Lindsey said she’d never switch but after trying a sip of fresh-roasted coffee, she never went back.

 

We moved to east TN the summer of 2025. After roasting for ourselves for about three years and our friends asking us to sell it, we made the decision to begin sharing what we love. We took a leap of faith and the week prior to Thanksgiving 2025, we officially launched via facebook posts.

 

Then we made another really, awesome, big decision and decided to host an international student. NYE 2025 we welcomed Daniel from Panama into our family! We are now a family of 5 with 3 dogs and a cat!

 

Our faith is a huge part of our life and we truly believe that the only reason we are able to do what we love every day is due to the Lord.

 

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

 

So here we are - living life at church, the baseball or softball field, hiking, working out, and enjoying REALLY good fresh coffee!

 

What started as a personal journey has grown into something we’re grateful to share. Thank you for all the love and support. We pray you enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
