Ordering
How do I track my order?
Once your order is roasted and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your beans from us to you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure freshness. Please contact us immediately at info@lionheartcoffeeroasters.com and we will do our best to help if roasting hasn't started.
Where do you ship?
Shipping
Currently, we ship to Tennessee. We also offer local pick up and delivery outside of Knoxville, TN. We select carriers that prioritize the integrity and speed of your coffee delivery.
How long will it take to get my coffee?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We roast in small batches to order, ensuring you receive the freshest beans possible. Whole bean ships within 24-48 hrs and ground ships within 72hrs.
Do we offer military/first responder discounts?

How do I manage my subscription?
We are HAPPY to offer 25% for military (active duty or veterans), nurses, teachers, and first responders. Discounts cannot be stacked. EMAIL US PRIOR TO ORDERING FOR YOUR DISCOUNT CODE!
